Peter Figures, B. Comm, RI, AACI, P. App
Mr. Figures is a professional, accredited AACI member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, an executive member of the Canadian Property Tax Association (BC Chapter), and a CCIM – Candidate Member. In addition, he has received the RI designation from the Real Estate Institute of BC. As well, Mr. Figures has been accepted as an expert witness by the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Mr. Figures regularly attends Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) functions. He is actively involved in the real estate field in the Greater Vancouver Area. Mr. Figures has been actively engaged in the real estate field since 2012 and has been continuously learning and growing in the real estate valuation field. He has conducted assignments in areas throughout British Columbia such as Greater Vancouver, Central Okanagan, BC Interior, Kootenays and Vancouver Island.
Appraisal experience includes assignments of various property types such as residential dwellings, vacant land, apartments, and industrial and commercial buildings. Mr. Figures has completed assignments for chartered banks, credit unions, lawyers, accountants, private owners, developers, government agencies and Municipal Governments. Areas of interest include assignments for mortgage lending, litigation support, property tax consulting and assessment appeals. Mr. Figures has often been sought by clients to provide reports to assist them in making business decisions.
